As Summer skipped off to water her flowers, Autumn sneaked in to her towers, When Summer got back she dropped the watering can, Both gates were locked to the window she ran.
She peered through the glass to see who was there, But a tall skinny woman with long golden hair, "Autumn" she thought with bitter distaste, And she skipped of again but this time with haste.
Autumn sat in the throne for a while, With a mischievous twist in her smile, She was tall and fierce and fit for the crown, But her evil side turned that around.
She stole all the colours of Summer and Spring, And kept them for herself hidden them where no joy they could bring, But one day all the colours drained out and her guilt came along, Autumn is weak and Winter grows strong.
