I scaled the trees in search of my little three year old brother.
He had run of while we were picking berries.
Luckily I was a great climber and could scale trees very easily. I kept going as fast as the branches would permit, always watching. In front of me, behind me, below me and above me. I looked up and noticed the sky was darkening. I didn't have much time left. Anyone under the trees wouldn't have noticed a thing. I went even faster looking through every tiny little gap in the branches. The odd thing was that no matter how many gaps there are in the trees and the sun is blazing above it not a single drop of light ever gets in, it's always in darkness. I kept going, straining my eyes as the sky darkened. I found him! I jumped down to the ground and scooped up my brother and gave him a tight hug. After that I ran as fast as I could to the edge of the forest where I found my mother waiting. I handed him to her, gave her a kiss and ran back in to the woods. I climbed to the very top of an ash tree and watched the sunset. It really was magnificent with the birds flying by in front of it and from here you could see the high arcing arms of the mystical oak. It's was so peaceful until I heard the scream. It was a high pitched one coming from a little way of to the west. I didn't have to think about it I just ran straight towards it.
