Soaring towers stretch up into the ebony night Luminous spheres make up radiant constellations twinkling through the night A moat circles the castle the silver moon glittering on its smooth surface A solid oak door guards it from any harm
Maids hurry along cool stone passages The cook toils over the boiling stove
A majestic horse drawn carriage rattles down the sweeping drive Two onyx black horses trot up to the strong entrance A withered old butler opens the sleek carriage door A tall figure in an ink black cloak steps lightly to the ground They spin on their heel and walk briskly to the door A quiet maid opens the heavy door and the person vanishes inside
