A strange angle in which the world is bent
The flow of comfort in which is spent
Of income received and of money lent
A strange angle the world has leant
Towards the west most encouragement
Where young and tall all wish to be sent
An unknown to become intelligent
The rest work for the west diligent
The west uses the best and sends the rest indifferent
For what they pour flows back straight through the dent
Because of the strange angle the world is leant
