I'm so in Love with the S.W. The first time I saw the Red Rock I started to cry. It came from the bottom of my Soul. It felt Like I had come home, after many lifetimes of forgetfulness.
Smell the fragrance of white sage, on a warm evening breeze, & hear a drum & flute playing across the canyon.
The sky pink and orange like burning embers. The din of the cicada as night falls. The tiny little black bats that come out at dusk silently circling, collecting their long awaited meals on the wing.
This place calls me like no other. An oases in the desert, a paradise with lush green trees, tracing the edge of a meandering little stream, on the Canyon floor. Ancient Saguaro cactus tower overhead. The beautiful Century Plant that only blooms once after 100 years of life then dies.
Sleepy little box turtles all lined up on logs in the streams. Take your rest weary traveler, in the shade of my garden, refresh your soul & drink from my cool sweet water.
Forever you will be mine, and I will be yours. I Love You, Sedona, Az.
