Do you have a favourite little store, or boutique? I do it's in Carmel Ca. As you walk in you leave the real world behind & enter a creek bed. There are trees everywhere, birds singing, hedgehogs having a tea party in the woods, tiny lights twinkling all around.
All the items are hand made & just Exquisite! Flying mice made from wire overhead so expertly done you find yourself marvelling at little mouse toes.
Hand made puzzles cut on a Band saw, mama ducks teaching babies to swim Hand painted, cut out, fitting into a lake of blue water from a single piece of wood. Inlaid puzzle Boxes so fun to play with, from exotic woods. Finger puppets of all types that must be tried on :) All while you walk the enchanting isles of the creek bed. Little wrens from outside fly in because it's such a magical place. It's nice to be a kid again even if for just a few minutes.
