You need: 150g flour 100g butter 50g sugar Some grated crystallised ginger Lemon zest
Method: 1. Rub the butter into the flour. Try to get it to look like breadcrumbs. 2. Rub in the ginger and lemon zest. 3. Mix in the sugar and form into a dough. 4.Make Shapes! Be as creative as you like! 5. Bake for around 9 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Yum!
I also love this with dark chocolate chips and orange zest instead of the lemon and ginger!
