Of cheeses to choose there are a lot, So let's throw ideas into the mixing pot...
When making salad there's nothing better, Than a creamy crumbly bit of Feta!
To impress your darling handsome beau, Why not try some Formaggio.
Or if you're feeling a little silly, How about a bite of strong Caerphilly?
I imagine a giant round of Dutch Edam Will go down well with brother Sam.
Or how about a slab of smelly Brie, For that annoying Aunt you rarely see.
If you're making cannelloni, Why not add some Mascarpone?
Or better yet make it a best seller, With melted stringy Mozzarella.
Don't forget the special hue, Found within a Danish blue.
And of course all should hail... The one and only Wensleydale.
