As I lie here, letting thoughts wander... Your warmth caresses me, Your scent comforts me, And nothing can hurt me.
I share my thoughts & secrets, Knowing they're safe with you, Knowing you won't judge me As so many others have.
Its so hard to leave you in the morning, And so comforting to come back. Life keeps me from you for too long sometimes But you always wait, loyal and supporting.
There were others I trusted before you, But you're so much more than them. I just can't be without you... My shelter.... My everything....... .......My bed!!!
