If you've ever stopped to think, Whilst squeezing toothpaste out... You'll have noticed a mystery, Of that I have no doubt.
How is it I wonder, That a new tube gets thin so fast? Yet the last little dregs Seem to last and last and last!
I've pondered this long and hard, But no answer can I find. So I'll clean my teeth instead, And relax my puzzled mind.
