I'm told I'm too nice, That I need to discover my nasty gene. That growling and snarling is the only way to get things done.
I can be that person. I can make people worry about the consequences, I can scare people, I can chill people to the bone if I need to.
I choose not to.
If my boss wants to see the dark side of me - she will. But it will be directed at her.
Turnaround is fair play.
