Because every journey starts with a small step
Every time I've tried, I've failed
Guess why?
I didn't change my lifestyle.
No, I was just looking for a quick fix
Nowhere I got, taking a step forward and three back.
I was slowly spiralling down out of control
Not stopping, is this the point of no return?
Gone are those days, now I learned what I needed to do
Someday I shall see the results of my effort.
