At first I didn't know where I was going with this poem. Then I figured it out.

In the glow,
deepening twilight
the wind blows,
and the trees whistle,
the far-off sound of waves crashing.
The sky is gray-blue and growing darker as the first stars begin to twinkle,
and far below a glow on the horizon mixes milky pink with orange and yellow against the land.
Evening darkening as the day draws to a close
I want frozen yogurt.
