Five years ago today we were wed Love was the charge and guilty I pled
That followed thirteen years of courting It only took the first sight for me to be certain
To spend my whole life with you was always my intention Yeah we've had our ups n downs but too few downs to mention
Ne'er a moment has passed that I've not thought of you You are the reason for my ambition and all that I do
Our love so strong will live on after we're gone Three beautiful children that in our love will carry on

This phase we find ourselves in strengthens our bond In sickness and health and whatever lies beyond
