The perfect fillet Sunday roast. Accompanied by carrots and juicy petite pois Our home's best roaster is definitely moi.

My pride and joy however Is the special red wine jus. It really is a treasure An angelic homemade brew.

The secret of this gravy is the quantity of wine. Three quarters of a bottle makes this jus devine. In the kitchen by myself, all day I spend preparing. Uncork another bottle, this one's not for sharing.

Perhaps less wine in me and more in the gravy. The kitchen starts to spin, my body becoming wavy. Must carry on and finish the roast everybody loves. I bring it out and let out a shout. I forgot my ovengloves!
