With so many tags here on Opuss, I thought it might be useful to gather them together. I know I have missed some, and there will be many more to come, so please let me know what I've missed in the comments.
I POSTED THIS A FEW WEEKS OR MONTHS AGO BUT THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL QUALITY TAGS SINCE THEN AND OF COURSE MANY NEW MEMBERS.
Here's a couple of hints for making your tags work:
Firstly, they must be attached to an Opuss BEFORE it is posted. They can not be edited in!
Also if you write your post out in say notepad first, then paste it into Opuss, make sure you wait till its in the Opuss composer before tagging it.
Finally, always add the tag at the very end. The software Opuss uses finds tags much easier at the end!

#abc - a challenge to create an Opuss of 26 words, each of which starts with a different letter of the alphabet.. In alphabetical order!
#acorns - so many 'lost' posts feeling neglected at the beginning of our own feeds. Put them up again now that you have a few more followers. See @brownowl2012's Opuss 'from the smallest acorns..'
#animalmorals - short stories or poems about A talking animal, with a moral see @sjw 's 'Calling all Opussians'
#augustwriteaday - more inspiring themes. One for each day in August. See @GeorginaMay's Opuss 'augustwriteaday rules!'
#bookoflove - Inspired by @eddie12309's Opuss 'The Book Of Love' I went out, bought a special journal and started what I hope will become an heirloom of poems dedicated to my kids. Why dontcha join me.
#colourchallenge - a rolling challenge where a colour is given to inspire. The winner chooses next colour & winner. See @LibraGirl24 's post 'Colour Challenge!'
#competitions - read or heard about a writing competition that might interest opussians? Let everyone know! See @sb2uk's post 'costa short story competition' for more
#description - a challenge to write a descriptive piece on the given theme, the winner chooses the next theme and picks the next winner. See @mpallister 's post '#description' for details.
#emotion - a challenge to create a post in any style that portrays the given emotion, unlike #household the actual theme does not have to be mentioned by name in the post. The winner chooses next word and chooses next winner. See my post 'Emotionally Challenged' for more details.
#Firstwrite - can you remember or find one of your young write's? Put it up.. Sorry I can't find where this originated :(
#halloweenparty - daily inspiration for October. Each day has its own Halloween theme to get your creative juices flowing. See @MelchiorJ13 's post 'Hallowe'en Party' for the list and more details.
#household - an (almost) daily competition whereby a household object is picked as a theme by the previous winner who also judges and picks the next winner. We have @Delilah to thank for this most popular challenge in Opussian history!
#love - a general tag for the most common theme.
#movement - a list of inspirational daily themes based on movement. See @eddie12309 's post 'month of movement' for details.
#myworld - two similar challenges share this tag. First see @Odd 's post '#myworld' where a challenge was set to create your own world in a three stanza poem using the ABCB structure. Secondly, see @MrAlex 's post 'My World' for his challenge to create a story based on a world of your imagination.
#nature - an ongoing challenge on the theme of nature. Originally posts were to be lyrical but has evolved to each winner choosing the new theme word, the style and of course judging. See @AWriterGirl 's post 'New Contest Rules!!' for details.
#nightdwellers - are you a night owl? Then join the opussians of the dark. The stuff of nightmares! Yet again I have failed finding the origin but it was born of a night of passion between @RichWithey @wolfie and @sjw
#purepoetry - a challenge using only the letters of the top line in standard keyboard to make a four line poem!! See @thecodspollocks' Opuss 'Pure Poetry.
#red - create a 4 liner featuring the word 'red' see @rracmada's 'The red challenge'
#shapepoetry - poetry in shapes! Much better described in @brownowl2012's Opuss 'challenge - shape poetry'
#shoutout - found an author that you want to promote? Use this tag.
#songcompetition - @martinos74 will be putting music to someone's original lyrics so see his post 'Song Competition' for further details.
#ThatSoundsLike - a challenge whereby a tone is given that must be conveyed in a poem. See @TheArchetype 's post '#ThatSoundsLike...' for details.
#theopusstale - a running tale with a new Opussian adding their own section in turn! See @iPuss' Opuss 'just a quick notice!' for more details
#TwistedOpuss - a challenge for your twisted tales, a story or poem with a sneaky end. See @Nom's 'a twisted challenge'
#youngwritersemotion or #YWE - for young Opussians 14 years and under. Same rules as #emotion.
#youngwritershousehold or #YWHH - same as #household.. But for the younger opussians (14 & under)
So that's all I have for now but will update as much as I can! Most are challenges but I think if posts were tagged under genre it would be another cool way of searching them out depending on mood.. Just need'em to work!
