I have just seen the trailer for the LEGO Lord of the Rings game on it's official website. I'm not sure when it's coming out, so don't ask me, but I am hoping it's not too far away. I'm guessing it'll be around the same time as the Hobbit is out, as that will be when Middle Earth interest is at it's peak, so they will get the highest sales.

Now, in every LEGO game before, the characters have made strange mumbling or squeaking noises whenever it is time for them to speak. They don't get Oscars for it, but you get the idea of what's going on, and can be really funny in parts when you've seen the films. Now here I expected the same. I expected to see Gandalf mumbling away with Bilbo, and screaming gibberish at the Balrog. But it is not to be! For, much to my shock, the characters spoke!

Now, don't panic too much. It's the original actors so either they rerecorded their lines or (more likely) they took it straight out of the film. Now, I know Lord of the Rings is a rather complicated thing, but so's Harry Potter, and they got away with saying nothing. I was very surprised at this, and I'm not sure if I like it. Let me know what you think, all LEGO purists out there! :)
