Ordinary Boy, A Poem About Love.

I’m starting off here letting everyone know that I am simply an ordinary boy, man if you can see it from the scruffiness on my face, although my appearance does not state who I am or what I desire to speak of.
I am an ordinary individual, dug deep into the roots of this earth from the Mantle, out.
I am the same person I was since the day I was born besides the fact that I have grown a bit. Just a little.
And the words I utter now are simply fragments of this mind that has continued to admit,
Admit that I have grown stronger, better, faster, and well just a tad bit smarter.

My personality and the color of my skin do not represent the emotion I hold inside the mind of my own.
I have spent endless nights trying to put my thoughts like shirts are sewn.
I am an individual so full of love that my own words begin to confuse...
And every type of poem I could ever write in regards to love would begin...well
With you.

You see, I fell in love with your mind, every aspect of your graceful brain,
From the split ends in your luscious hair
to the beauty of your mental frame.
Presence presence, your presence is a present,
My heart beats faster as I am in your presence.
I used to search but never find, someone quite like who you are,
Etched into my dreams I began to realize that I could not function without you,
We go together like monkeys and bananas, whips, chains, and rihanna

Oceans apart or standing right by your side,
To the left the right even upside down
my love stays stronger than spider silk
Slowly weaving our emotions and feelings into a process that seems like a water mill,
Repetitious, continuous, yet still growing stronger as each moment passes.
Your beautiful brown eyes embedded into my mind like the ink from a tattoo gun as it permanently etches your appearance into my head,

And then my heart sinks.

It sinks knowing that any man ever dared to break the little bits and pieces of your heart,
So I’ll take this little moment to let you know that you are a beautiful work of art.
I will help us be better than anything that you and I may have ever had in our past.

I’ll do things that the exes never were able to do, truly love you, trust you,
And thus YOU,
Will fall more and more in love with me every day and our future will be as bright as Sirius, the Dog Star,
Complementing each and every part of what you are,
And like the moment when two galaxies collide and hundreds of billions of stars come together, none of them could shine, quite like you do.

Every hug and every kiss, and every moment of our beautiful relationship brings fantasies in my mind about what the rest of our lives will be like, and each and every minute of every second I fall deeper in love, with you.
I envision the peaks of our lives we will share from the birth of a first child to when we watch them grow and learn and become into something great like you are.

I sit in nostalgia with every picture we take,
I remember each and every park bench that we have sat on together, and every food we ate
I reminisce about every time you whispered in my ear how much you loved me, as I gave you a kiss on the cheek to let you know that I love you right back.
I remember every time I longed to talk to you so I could message you on my Facebook chat...

Now you see, in the beginning of this piece I told you I am simply an ordinary man, and I am here and now in the square room I sit in peace and quiet simply to let you know that I AM NOT an ordinary man, I AM NOT simply an individual on the face of this earth.

And the reason for this is well… you.
