When people called someone names.
Like weird or strange.
I actually believed, I'd have have to change.
When I thought the right way,
Was what everybody else would say.
But then there's people with only good intentions of brightening your day.
Then I learned,
The only way of being happy is staying that way, yourself & no else.
No matter what anyone says.
Not here to impress,
Just another trying climb up life's steps.
