Home from work at last Today seemed so long Up at 6.30 Woken with a ding dong
Pushed the snooze more than once Hoped it would go away Get up girl, it's time for work You've got bills to pay
Then at last your ready Remembered to feed the cat Find your keys and mobile phone Put on your coat and hat!
Running late out the door The car has frozen fast Takes an age to scrape the ice But The screen is clear at last
Arrive at work late again It's happens all the time Apologise to the boss She said, don't worry it's fine!
The phone starts to ring And i have reports to write The emails roll on in This is my daily plight
Although we're very busy My spirits are never glum I work with such nice people They make work quite fun
Today the server crashed And we had some time to spare So we put up the Xmas tree And hug tinsel everywhere
The finance girls said we were mad And it was far to soon But we laughed and carried on And brightened up the room
At last it is time to go And we pack our desk away A quick drink with the girls To finish off the day
So I'm glad to be home After my long day Time to put my feet up KFC is on its way
