Brain tangled up in unconnected wires,
Driven by short lived desires.
Taking a deep look beyond my shallow eyes stare,
I realize that you and I were never fair.
Agony takes control of my once perfect game,
Memories only bring back heart ache and shame.
The sand ran out of my immature chapter,
All I want to do is to hear your laughter.
Cannot undo the person I was before,
But I'll never go back again, I know that now and so much more.
