Yesterday in my English class my teacher was talking about Shakespeare. He asked us who we thought was the strongest of the two both mentally and physically, Romeo or Juliet. Of course we all said Romeo but then he pointed something, something that I would've never noticed in a million years. When Romeo found Juliet it appeared as tho she was dead. He places his cheek to her lips and they were cold and she was not breathing. Thinking that she was dead he drank the poison and died. When Juliet had awoken to find her lover dead, she kissed his lips in hopes of getting what little poison she could off of them. When that didn't work she picked up the dagger and thrust it through her heart. She's stronger mentally and physically because she absolutely could not live without her Romeo so she took a dagger to the heart. Disagree if you will but after hearing this it gave me a whole new out look on Juliet.
