"Maria! Take the wheels while I open the hatch. We need to get him in here!", Rose yelled. Maria threw herself into the piloting chair and grabbed a hold of the stick. Rose ran to the back of their spaceship named Athena. She pulled up the hatch and laid down on the floor with her torso hanging freely out the hatch, so she could toss the hook to Todd and reel him up. "Lower! We need to get lower, for fuck sake!", Rose screamed into the mic. As the ship got lowered, Rose noticed small, black dots getting closer to Todd, leaving dust clouds behind them. She tried to scream at him to turn around and look, but he didn't hear her. "For fuck sake...", she cursed quietly as she hooked herself to the line and signaled to Maria that she was going down. She then climbed down the ladder down to the last step and jumped. Right as she jumped, she saw Todd running towards her, signaling them to fly higher and just leave him. "I'm not leaving anyone...", she mumbled to herself. While she flew in mid air, she started to swing from side to side. They were closing in on Todd and the black dots with the dust clouds. Rose threw herself to the left to grab Todd's arm and grabbed a hold of his waist as he did with her. Right behind Todd were the black dot. The thing is that they were not black dots, but Earth people. Hideous, made of actual earth and branches where they had lost their limbs. As Maria reeled them up, they started laughing. "So did you get it?", Rose asked once they got into the cabin. "Sure did!", said Todd exitedly. He pulled a black bag out of his bag pack, and opened it while cradling it like a child. They all stopped breathing for a few seconds. They were looking at the power source of the Earth people. What looked like a radiant, brown and cracked up lump of clay, that was the most powerful artifact on Regalus 5. "Mission accomplished", they all said simultaneously and laughing like children.
