Don't panic as immortalised by Douglas Adams and Lance Corporal Jack Jones is my simple guide in life. It stood by me thru some of life's most trying times and continues to be there for me now. Buddhism in recent years has only has only succeeded in cementing this phrase as a good Foundation to get me thru life's little ups and downs! Like most things in life that is not, Buddhism is not the whole answer, but don't panic has never let me down. You simply don't need to panic, the sun will still rise the grass will still grow . . Winter will turn to spring even if it's at different times each year. Death follows life you breathe in followed by out or out followed by in. The debt or wealth will still be there in the morning. You'll still be too fat or too thin. You'll still get too much or too little sex . . . I could go on but I think the point is clear . . Whatever it is whatever the problem. Don't panic!
