Chapter 5
I deliberately woke myself up at 2:00, Hey, I need to think of a plan. But I suppose I don't need to wake myself up THAT early, because the operation was at 9 o'clock. I flew downstairs and grabbed some orange juice and put some crumpets in the toaster. I padded in circles around the kitchen (waiting for my crumpets) and realised I didn't have the lights on. Better to keep them off, I thought to myself. 'CRUMPETS!!!' I nearly squealed. I said nearly. I power walked towards the toaster and looked at the digital timer, '00:10' seconds remaining. I counted down the seconds and on '00:01' remaining, I flicked the switch off and ate merrily. Until... 'The Contract' Came into my head. I walked into the living room and was going to turn the TV on when I remembered that it was a TV. If you get what I mean. It makes a noise and might wake up Cheryl. I then hovered upstairs and turned on MY TV. I had headphones. I watched telly until 7:30...
I'm SOOOOO sorry the Chapter is SOOOOO short. I'm writing a longer one.
