Ive been told to imaging the audience naked to calm nerves. Backfires when your parents show up to your talk.
@Kun Just about to say something similar! My teacher told the class to imagine the audience all sitting on the toilet... Haha
@ckahn that's excellent. I'm going to be starting volleyball tournaments on the beach in Malaga soon, and I've not spoken to an audience in ages... I guess we're going to see how it goes :-/
