Some people play the victim One person that I know. It seems that nothing is their fault Their words are all of woe

"My life has been screwed up" they say, "and I did nothing wrong" although their actions don't agree they've thought it far too long

The truth appears in increments, nine tenths to five percent. they've gone too far to turn around, the sympathy's been spent.

The other side's not heard at all, re-cast as all that's black. it's thought that distance means that they don't know they're taking all the flack.

I think it's all that's sad, that their persona has become, more about their bitterness, than any kind of fun.
