I have to just say how excited I am that it's so light now in the evenings!
During the winter when I finish work, because there is deep darkness outside, I generally want to go straight home and stay indoors. Cosiness is my first priority, quickly sourcing some sort of Britishly- 'hearty' food comes second.
When the light gives me more day, it makes me want to go and do thrilling things. This could be absolutely anything; impromptu outdoor dining, or some sort of car/drive/view situation, or a little skip.
So my evenings are back, and I am pondering some serious Spring and then Summer evening spontaneity. And festivities- lots of festivities. And garden twinkle lights. Ooh, and outdoor music...
