Some paramedics rushed over to Max and Josie. They had a little bit of ashes on there face but no burns, there backs were wet from lying in the bathtub. A paramedic walked up to me and asked me to come with them. "Adam and Ian are still inside" I said. I was kinda disorientated and dizzy from all the smoke. The paramedic looked confused "you said there was only one person inside" he said. "I didn't know Ian was inside until now, he started the fire." I said. I was hard to talk, my throat really hurt. The paramedic whispered something in a police man's ear and then he signaled for more fire fighters to go in. I stood there staring at the house, the whole left half of the second story had collapsed. Firefighters were rushing inside and trying to put out the fires with the hoses. Josie and Max were sitting in the back of a police car. They looked scared so I walked over and tapped on the window, the officer driving said "you have to come with me, we're taking you and the kids to the hospital just to be safe." I walked to the other side of the car and sat down in the passenger seat. He started driving, we all just sat there in silence. It was pretty awkward. I was scared, was Adam ok? Did they catch Ian? I wonder how I looked.. Was I covered in ashes? I pulled down the visor on my seat but there was no mirror. I looked side view mirror and saw Ian's truck following us.
