Our leadership stops at the point we can no longer solve problems. Problem solvers in any field are natural leaders, as we evolve by and through the challenges we face. Problems, in a sense, guard power; meaning once the problem is resolved we are empowered over that particular problem. Our greatest leaders and innovators often emerge through great obstacles, empowered by the tenacity and knowledge to overcome. Life is filled with problems as our true character is revealed by how we choose to deal with them. Circumstances don't make the man; they reveal him to himself. Meet problems head-on; overcome and learn, for it is here character is defined and leadership birthed. Your problems guard the power your God wants you to have!

Lived enough of life to know what matters, and still young enough to enjoy it to the fullest - it's not what we do in the best of times that matters; but rather how we 'handle it' in when our world has been turned upside down.
