Few men (women) of vision have the capability of managing the details of their vision. In a perfect order, marriage of sorts takes place when a 'detailed oriented' manager shows up to execute the vision of another. Visionaries, by their very nature, typically hate details as surely as managers have little penchant for grandiose ideas.
The spontaneity of this explosive combination is the power behind some of this World's greatest accomplishments.
When those with vision find their managers, the vision has great opportunity to convert from 'thought' to physical reality.
