Since the last part didn't have much exciting things happen in it, I'm going to go ahead and write this part. I don't know if anyone reads this, but if you do, I hope you like it. :)
Chapter 1 (part 6) When eleven o'clock finally rolled around, I was ready to see Tony. By eleven-thirty though, he hadn't shown up. Maybe his physical therapy was running late. Although I knew it wasn't when twelve o'clock hit. Was he really breaking up with me? "So how about lunch today?" Jared came up from behind me and asked. "Sure, let me just grab my stuff." I said and walked in the back. "I'm leaving a little early for lunch today." I told Mrs. Sheffield. "It's not like I could keep you here anyways." She mumbled and shooed me off. "Ready?" He asked when I got to the front again. "Ready Freddy." I sung. "Hatfield, Jared Hatfield." He said with a serious face. He reminded me exactly of James Bond. I bursted out laughing so we both were laughing and walking down the sidewalk. We were joking all the way to his car. "Your last name in really Hatfield?" I asked. "Yep, pretty awesome right?" He asked and wiggled his eyebrows. "I love it." I said and bumped hips with his. He was really cool. I would see us becoming great friends. I felt like we were already close friends. "What's your last name?" He asked once we got in his car. "Avery. Morgan Avery." I said nonchalantly. I didn't say it like he did earlier. It wasn't meant to sound like James Bond. "Well, Ms. Avery, you're in for some delicious food." He said and I looked at where we were going. We were going somewhere that was longer than fifteen minutes away. My lunch break was only forty-five minutes. He kept driving though. "Where are we going?" I asked. "You like barbecue right?" He asked. "I'm a vegetarian." I said seriously. He slowed down and pulled the car over. "Oh, sorry." He said and started to turn around when I bursted out laughing. "I love barbecue. I just wanted to see what you would do." I said while still laughing. "Witch." He said jokingly and pulled back on the road. We got back to the bakery at two o'clock. Mrs. Sheffield was royally pissed. "Where have you two been?!" She asked when we walked into the shop. "We went to a barbecue place." Jared said and shrugged. "Sorry." I said and scurried into the kitchen. I made another batch of cupcakes. I was done for the day and put my apron up. My car was parked in the back but I went to the front to see if we needed more cupcakes than that. Tony's car was in front of the shop with him in the drivers seat. When our eyes met, he waved me towards him. I yelled that I was leaving to Mrs. Sheffield. She glanced at me then at Tony. She nodded but kept her eyes on him. Her eyes looked worried but angry at the same time.
