I looked around,
What did i see,
An epidemic,
Growing disease,
I have to admit,
It even got to me,
A blinded woman,
On her knees,
Thinking she's nothing without a guy,
Come on...
This isn't twilight!
So you ask,
Where is this girl?
She's in some tower,
Waiting for a prince,
And she has been since,
Her mind was poisoned,
To believe,
She was no power,
In reality,
She could just climb down that bloody tower!
Doesn't need a man,
By her side,
She's independent,
She'll survive,
Let's change the stories,
We don't need to be saved,
We're strong,
Their wrong,
And it's about time we assert,
The respect we deserve.
