"I feel so alone," Liam sadly said to his good friend Ed through the phone. "My girlfriend leaves me, my beloved glasses break... Everything is going so wrong!" he continued, running his fingers through his hair as he lies on the sofa. He felt so bad... He needed to be cheered up. "Hey, I can come and visit if you want," Ed replied, sounding positive and eager. Liam thought and considered that suggestion. "Ok, sure! Be here whenever," he told Ed as he sits up with a grin.
Within twenty minutes, there is a knock on Liam's door by a smiley bloke with a guitar on his back. Who other than the lovely Ed! "Hi," Liam said, welcoming Ed. "Tea?" "Sure, thanks!" Ed said, walking in and sitting on the arm chair. Liam flicked on the kettle and sat down next to his good friend. "Poor weather, eh?" Ed asked. "Mmm. Did you see The Woman in Black?" "Yes! Brilliant film." Silence.
An awkward silence stood in the room. The blonde highlighted fringe in Ed's hair was turning Liam on more and more as he stared. He couldn't help it! "I'm sorry your girlfriend left you." Ed told Liam. "It's fine. Atleast I have a groovy friend like you." Liam said. He leaned in as Ed's face turned around in front of his. Ed's lips trembled, and before they knew it, they were touching. It was odd, but they couldn't stop kissing.
The kettle was long gone boiled by the time they had realised they were sleeping together on the sofa.
They're relationship would never be the same again.
