As the sun sets in the in the western skies, we celebrate the end of 2011 and start to welcome 2012. My horse shuffles softly on the dry prairie scrub, leaning down to taste a bit of sage. I find myself kneeling beside her, taking in my final view of 2011, setting in the western skies. My thoughts graze easily back across this year of success and change. It has been amazing. I am grateful for the people I have shared the trail with and I am grateful to all the new adventures I have found along that trail. Each one has brought me strength and renewed my faith. I want to send out my best wishes to all for a happy and prosperous 2012. This cowboy will always value those people and places. I tip my hat to each and say "Thanks Ya'll."
