Smiles all over the place I can see them everywhere
I would love to think That they're all real something that came from the heart
But the reality is Smiles are not always full of bliss
For most of the people around me It seems that smiles are just a mask A beautiful farce to hide their scars
It's really funny and weird That there are actually people Who could be fooled by the phrase "I'm okay." or "I'm fine."
Am I the only one here Who could see the tears Behind their smiles?
If you try for once To just look closely I bet you'll be able to see The tears beneath
