There is gaping hole within my heart now you have broken it apart.
The void you left fills me with fear but I know I can’t shed one single tear.
I loved you once but now no more since you walked from my door.
Thoughts of you i will keep as painful memories hidden down deep.
Head held high I can face the dawn no longer in your game a pawn.
So here is to my future now so bright with you gone far from my sight.
The sun has risen on a new day and the time has come for me to say.
