Ingredients:
Packet of Chocolate Chip and Nut Cookies (Biscuits to us English) Medium sized carton of Whipping Cream 1/2 cup of Sherry or an Orange liqueur Small tin of Orange Segments - drained Small bar of Milk Chocolate - grated
Method
1. Whip the cream 2. Dip a biscuit in the sherry for a second, then remove. Coat one side with the cream. 3. Repeat step 2 with the remaining biscuits, sandwiching them together to form a log. Wrap the log in tin foil and place in the fridge overnight, along with the remaining cream. 4. Next day, remove the foil and place on a serving dish. Cover the log with cream and decorate with oranges and sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top. 5. Eat!
