When will it end?
The sadness, despair, never-ending torment.
Day by day, how long will I last?
The emotions overwhelming,
The answer, so clear in my head.
But should this be it, should this be the end?
It's all I've got.
The first hurt, the pain overwhelming,
Almost making me stop.
The second, just the same.
But I was determined, and couldn't stop.
All I could feel was pain, but it wouldn't end.
Just pain and more pain.
When suddenly,
It was gone...
