My alarm went off at 6am. For crying out loud, it's a weekend. I deserve my lie in from last night. Plus I was having an amazing dream. With me being a red princess and Jack being my black knight.. Now I'll never know what happens. Closing my eyes again I begun to drift into a sleep, until my phone went off. I flailed my arms in the air like some sort of freak before my hand reached my phone, rolling over onto my back and answering. "Hello?" I enquired, rubbing the sleep from my eyes. "Sorry to call you so early - It's Jack. I was wondering if you'd like to come to the movies with me as an apology for last night." He needn't apologise - Just hi smile makes up for it, but who am I to reject a summoning from a gorgeous, fun, hot guy huh? "I'd love to! What time?" "Around 10. You'll have plenty of time to get ready. See you later!" And with that he hung up. Oh my God.. Is this a date?! Probably not. He's taken me to the movies several times before. But it's still worth to make an impression! Nice but casual. Quick shower, do my hair, mascara and eye liner.. Now, what to wear? Dress? No. Skirt? Nah it's to windy.. Oh! I have the perfect outfit! It always turns guys' heads round when I wear it round the skatepark, and he is a bit of a skater boy. Red skinny jeans with my black shirt with the ghost on it and black converses. Perfect! Now to.. Oh! Red lipstick and lip gloss.. Y'know, just in case! Then to top it all off, the locket he got me do my birthday. Secretly I keep a picture of him in it, but he'd probably find that creepy. Done and dusted, now.. Crap! It's already 9:45! How did I take that long?! Concentrating, I disappear from my room and reappear several times until I get to the bus stop near the cinema. Well, it's better then getting hot and sweaty! Then I walk out and turn the corner. Jacks waiting. Tapping his foot and looking as gorgeous as usual. Okay Kitty, act NATURAL. "Jack!" I called out as I smiled and waved. He returned it. Good start. Walking over, he met me half way. "I was worried you weren't gonna make it!" he exclaimed. "Of course I would. I'd never miss an opportunity to go out with you!" Did I really just say that..? Man, that's gotta trigger something in his mind. But it seems he didn't notice. Just smiling as he said "We're seeing The Avengers." I started spazzing from excitement. "OMG! Really?! Your the best! I've wanted to see that movie all week!" I chanted as I hugged him. Okay I seriously gotta control myself. Although he smiled and hugged me back. Oh. In his big warm arms.. I feel so safe. "C'mon - It'll start without us." He said as he started to run towards the cinema doors. Laughing I followed behind. After we got the tickets and popcorn we sat in the cinema, the movie starting. Thor, Captain America, Iron Man.. All the best heroes in one movie! "Thanks." I whispered, as Jack tried to reply but couldn't since he had a mouth filled with popcorn. Roughly a third way through the movie, I felt his arm on the back of my chair and slide down to my shoulders. Is he hitting on me?! Not that I'm complaining! In return I rested my head on his shoulder. God, thank you for letting me meet him!! Oh, romantic part. Where all the couples kiss. Shame we won't be doing that.. "Hey.. Kitty?" Jack whispers. I turn to him. "Yeah?" But he says nothing, just stares in my eyes. I stare back. Heart racing again. Oh please, make the move.. I'm to hypnotised by your amazing ness to! As if he heard my thoughts, he did. Simultaneously we closed my eyes, leaned in as he held my waist, gently pulling me into him, my hands on his shoulders.. As he kissed my lips, heart racing more as my cheeks went red. This can NOT be real! He pulls his lips away from mine, smiling brightly. A tear falls down my cheek. I'm crying with happiness! "Jack.." I whisper as I run my hand down his cheek. Gently he places his finger on my lips. "We'll talk after movie.." He whispered smiling. The movie ended. And it was more epic then I expected! We walked out together. Oh, my hearts still racing - Was that real, or just in the heat of the moment? Walking out the cinema, still close together, we began walking back. Jacks about to say something. "Kitty.. I-" Then he was interrupted. Some gruff man held a knife to my throat. I screamed. "Jack.. Run! I'll be fine!" "I'll get help!" he called out as he ran off. "Gimme your money!" yelled the man. Deciding to disappear, I tried to concentrate.. But the man's grip wouldn't let me. Shit! Plan ruined! Oh God. I'm done for.. Or so I thought. A large figure appeared and blasted the mugger off me with his mind. What the..? Hang on, it's him! From last night! He's saving me! A few more mind blasts with dodging punches. The mysterious hero then freezes the man before he punched him into the wall. Then he did the same jump from last night. Onto the roof tops an gone. Maybe I underestimated that guy.. Jack then appeared a minute after. What is happening?! "I couldn't find any policeman, but it seems you handled it yourself." "Some guy.. Came and rescued me.." I whispered. Jack didn't look surprised. Jack wrapped his arm around me and started walking me back. "C'mon, let's get a soda, yeah?" He said smiling. When he smiles, I couldn't help but smile back. How did that guy know I was in trouble..? Unless.. Jack's that guy?! But he can't be.. I know he was different to the other guys, but not this different. I was probably just buzzing from the movie.. But I decided to not say another word. Instead I'd just wait and find out myself..
