Long story what this is based on. Enjoy anyway!
Sitting on the rail, I looked across the deck. People everywhere smiling and talking to each other without a care in the world. Silently watching I couldn't help but smile also. Something in the air was just so relaxing. Voices could be heard from every corner until a tall male began to speak. "Highwinds!" he called. Everyone got into a line. Well most, except me. Although I'm not in the crew, I'm not a intruder either. I'm aloud to adventure on the ship as I'm a friend of the Captain. The First Mate continued to speak. "Your Captain, Okazaki, has a speech." Then with that, the one who spoke stood back, looking proud and tall while waiting for the words of wisdom. A second male walked out of the cabin. Removing his orange glasses, he smiled warmly for a second at me, before turning his attention back to his crew. "Thank you, Noctis." he mentioned before speaking. Slowly he paced around the deck as he spoke. Encouraging words escaping his lips and lingering in the crew member's ears. "We'll do the impossible, kick reason to the curb!" he exclaimed. The speech continued with more inspiring phrases, with then the crew cheering their motto as they thrusted their fists into the air. "Row row, fight da powah!" Okazaki nodded in dismissal, then walked over to where I sat. "I didn't expect to see you here." he said. Smiling, I replied "I came to see my brother, but I got some words of wisdom instead." Gently, he chuckled at my reply then looked into my eyes. I felt my cheeks go a faint pink. "I haven't seen your brother today. He's probably with Light, sleeping, or trolling Mikalo." he explained. I nodded, then chuckled also. Smiling again, Okazaki looked across his crew. People scattered everywhere and talking once more like before. Although I heard a sigh from his direction. Frowning, I turned. "Something wrong?" I asked. Shaking his head, he looked over his crew once more. "I dunno, Emp, they don't seem as eager as my old Highwinds. You remember, don't you?" I nodded. Admittedly they weren't exactly the most dedicated, but they certainly had a brave enough heart to be Highwind members. "Give 'em some time, Okazaki. They'll pull through. Your the best Captain I know!" I beamed. Smiling once more, he wrapped his arm around me in a friendly gesture and hugged me. "Thanks. I do hope so." Feeling my cheeks go red again, I shrugged it off and hugged him back. Then a dark haired male came rushing towards me. "Ah! I told you! Emp x Okazaki is adorable!" he squeaked. Angrily, I jumped off the railing and grabbed my blade in a menacing manor with my face going more red again. "Shut up Zennie!" I shrieked. I also yelled numerous other things, but I won't share those. Laughing, Okazaki came from behind and hugged me once more. "Maybe, maybe not. Either way Zen, I think you better run before she murders you in cold blood." Zen let out another fanboy squeak and ran off. Crossing my arms, I looked annoyed. "Yeah, great idea. Hugging me from behind isn't gonna make people think you love me AT ALL." I rolled my eyes. Okazaki laughed once more. "Oh c'mon. Relax! People always say that kinda crap when a boy and a girl are as good of friends we are." And with that, he walked off to join the rest of his crew. Sighing and shaking my head, I smiled and walked over to join them.
