11 July 2012
He walks along the pavement
In the deep, dark night.
Everything brushing past him
Yet nothing in his sight.
He can't see anything
In the pitch black dark
No moon to light the way
And no light posts to spark.
He continues through the dark
His heart beating so fast
As he then turns around
Not seeing the things he walks past
Then he turns around
Keeping his eyes open with all might
Although he can't because he blinded
By the bright and mystical light.
Slowly he reaches out his hand
And walks into the white
Then his body felt no burdens
No weight and so light.
His surroundings now illuminated
Everywhere so pure
And now to his sorrow
There was a cure
He ran towards the family
That he thought he lost
Although he's now left something
His life, is now lost.
