The Sum Of My Values

If I indeed were sum of my values
If I indeed were all that I thought
I would grow myself as tall as the sky
and my riches would be more than what's beneath the ground.

If I indeed were only my good habits
If I indeed was all that I claim
I would keep honesty in me always
and be far away from any blame.

If I indeed had only kind thoughts to think of
If I indeed had only peaceful pictures to paint
I would have the crown of humanity on my head
and never would bow down to hate again.

If I indeed saw only the good in people
If I indeed had only love for my kin
I would care for all their troubles
and wouldn't mind any of their sins.

If I indeed could see my future
If I indeed would learn from my past
I would be prepared for any outcome
and be successful on any given path.
