The women wanted to know where they are, and why. They don't recall much of what happened, when or how, but they knew that they were no longer in the city or any of the damn suburbs of Chicago. This was not going to be anything worth goodness, they figured. No longer within Cook County, or any of the near by counties they could tell.
"What the heck happened to us? And why are we no longer in the city?" Lia asked her friends, hoping that they had an honest and understandable answer to her question. "How would I know where we are, and how the hell we got here." Tonya said, responding to Lia's question.
"This is not understandable. First we were in the "Shy", now we are who knows the heck were." Bea said in a very upset mood, which is understandable. They were the new residences of "The Box". No one ever knew how the heck they got there but they wanted to leave immediately. "The Box" was not home, nor anyplace that was known to anyone. But it was a place. "Why was it created?" you might ask. You would know if you read the very first story. But take it this way, stuff happens. You should know as well as I do. I am not just an author but a real man that has gone through numerous types of serious things that brought me to being the writer of these books. If you are luckier than me you are not from Oakland, California . That place is more hell than these stories. Go there and you will know what I am talking about. Anyway, back to the nightmares I have come up with for these ladies and stories.
"First we were going through an understandable toghterness, now we are lost in a somewhere no one has any idea of." Lia said to her also stuck friends.
"Hello strangers. This is nowhere." a voice came from no known area. "Who the was that." Tonya asked her two friends. "I don't see anyone around us, but I heard the voice also." Beatrice said. The unknown voice they heard was that of the witch that created "The Box" centuries ago. The old hag exists with "The Box", and will, nearly forever. "Ladies, this was made by me because my daughter asked for help. But it is more powerful than I ever thought it would be and expected it to be. I can not help you to escape, but I can hear and physically be aware of what you are expireing. Your hell is my torture given by request centuries ago." said the voice of the old hag.
"Am I the only one that heard that strangeness?" Tonya asked her other confused fiends. Bea replies. "Where did it come from? I heard the voice but have no understanding of anything that we are in." "That is something that neither one of us will probable ever find out." said Lia.
The trio had no idea nor understanding of what they just heard out of nowhere, nor who's voice they had listened to describing to them what they considered nothingness. But they were sure that Illinois was no longer within the realm of their existence. Although the old hag was not within their physical existence, her presence was very well felt within the area that they were now a part of.
"Who the hell was just talking to us? And why is there not another person around us that we can hear so damn clearly?" Beatrice breathlessly asked her other scared, shocked and surprised friends. Suddenly there was a physical presence around the three women. It was not as solid as they were, but there, within their eyesight.
"I want to ake up and be in Tonya's bed thinking that we had one of our usual good and exciting nights of sex." said Beatrice. Well that ain't going to happen to either of us." Lia said. "What did we all just go through and why the three of us." Tonya said loudly to her confused friends. "Again girls, this is a ancient trap that I built by an ask of help from my daughter. But it became more powerful than I ever thought it would be. I can only hope that you can get out and return to your realm of existence. "The Hag" said.
Vomiting came quickly to the trio as "The Hag's" voice was heard again by the three lost friends. Tonya said to the the other two girl's, "We need to stop going through this and try to listen to the strange voice that seem to have more damn sense, understanding and knowledge then any of us faraway from Chicago women." said Beatrice to the group. Quite upset, as usual when under tough pressure. Hard to understand that she is the better one of the trio at times.
"Aparently Beatrice, you still are as if you are in your normal cercimstances. In case you have no knowledge of our situation, we are no longer in Kansas toto." Tonya angrily said to Beatrice.
"Tonya, try to calm down. Beatrice is not any less as confused than any of us girl. You know how she takes anything under pressure." Lia said. "You're right. I'm sorry that I acted so bitchy. I should know better than anyone how you react to pressured situations." Tonya said. Hoping that her apology was understood and taken by her friend.
"It's alright Tonya. I can understand why you reacted the way you did. Had it been reversed I'm sure I would have said something quite similar to you. I know that you are worried as well. We've been very good and close friends for numerous years. I know you girl. None of us have ever been angry with the other for the twenty years we've been a close group." Beatrice said to her close friend.
Speaking now, Lia said, "I'm very happy that you two are back to your normally acting selves. Now, how in the world are we going to come upon an answer to how we got wherever the hell we are and how to get back to the ""Shy".
"Beats the hell out of me Lia." replied Tonya. "I think that we need to figure out were we are and how to get back to our normal grounds." said Bea to her friends. "I think that your nutty ass is correct about that, for one of the many times that you have told us what we need to fucking know, Bea." Tonya said to the pair of friends listening to her.
Not done with this one yet.
