Why is it that when coworkers screw up, bosses are never around.
When the same worker is incompetent the big bosses can never tell.
When the mixup cause lots of frustrations to fellow workers like me; yet no one can see nor tell.
There I go complaining again is all I see in the eyes of the rest of the workers who are just trying to stay out of it.

I should just tolerant; stay calm tell her off with poise and move on - case closed.
