She had never seen a place like this, barely any snow, and covered in green, it felt warm on her paws. Little dewdrops fell off the trees onto her coat, these trees were bigger than anything she had ever seen, they towered above her, making her feel a little insignificant.

The further she went, the more green, and less snow she saw. It was convenient, it would be hard for them to track her here, lots of places to hide and her paw prints were almost invisible. The air was fresh, she could look up without getting snow in her eyes.

There were butterflies and flowers everywhere, it was really quite beautiful, it would be a nice place to get to know, but she couldn't stop, even though it would be hard to track her they would find her eventually. She was as good as a wanted criminal now, they were after her, and unless by some miracle she found her way to somewhere uncharted, they would find her.

She reached an old tree, a very old tree, around four feet wide. It was hollow inside, like an animal before her had sheltered here, but inside there were scratch marks on the walls and spatters of red. Something here was dangerous, but this place was the best place to rest for now, she would have to be alert, but being this tired, she closed her eyes, and dropped off.
