Tough one... hehe, I know. ;) That is... if you say he doesn't! Allow me to explain! Tell me what is easier; to claim there exist a needle in the USA or claim there is none? I'd definitely go for the first one! That there IS ONE! In order for you to claim the latter, you'd have to turn every single stone to prove me wrong!
