People never understand
What you do
Or what you go through
People just shake their head
And give you a pitying stare
They look at you with disgust
As if you haven’t been through enough
The guilt that churns through your stomach
The feeling of self disgust
They act so careful
As if I might break
Shatter at their words
Crack at their stares
But nobody understands
How could they ever understand
When all they do is judge
