One thing that makes me smile
Sadistically when on my own
Is thinking of the photos
Of us on your phone.
Whenever we were together,
When you got said item
A glitch made a photo of me
Go viral everywhere. Then
You didn't really mind
Seeing my sweet face
In every file, every contact,
Every technological place.
Though I made you try and fix it,
Made you try and make it stop,
Nothing could be done
Even in the phone shop.
Now that you've left me
Lying, quite a mess,
You've done all you could
To make my presence less;
Thrown away the presents
I spent ages thinking about,
Deleting me, defriending me,
Trying to push me out.
But one thing you can't get rid of,
Is every time you glance
At your little mobile phone
By some twisted chance,
My face still looks up at you
Making you squirm and wriggle.
I'm a lover not a fighter
Hate revenge, but that makes me giggle,
Makes me feel better
Knowing I'm still there
Haunting you, taunting you
That memory you can't bear.
