I lately challenged myself to something. I was thinking how starving some people actually are, and how fortunate I am.
So (To not risk my health) I am eating no snacks, no drinks (except water) and just as much as I need, no more. I've been having the 30 grams of cereal (Plus a little extra, to get used to it) Just a sandwich for lunch, and then my dinner. So far so well, I'm learning from it, I have been hungry, that's hardly anything compared to them. It gets you more aware, you're not wasting, spoiling yourself, just appreciating what you have.
Also I've done more walking/running, they have to walk miles for water, so I've tried to do the same, (Well a lot less than them really)
It works for me. I appreciate everything a lot more!
